We feel we can offer a unique service: not just helping to stage your home for sale, but also get all those 'small' building jobs done to make the house sharper and more saleable. We can also accompany house buyers when looking at properties to give advice on the possibilities the house might offer for improvement.

In our most recent job, which was a lovely house, but had become a little tired internally, we took the best of the existing furniture, added rugs, throws, new lamps and side table, and original pieces of artwork and pictures. The estate agent increased the suggested selling price from £500,000 to £525,000 and the house sold within a week. Now, obviously, this does not always happen, but we really feel what we did added to the house's value and saleability. There are more details of this job on our Houzz page.
